The day of our appointment was very busy and many other people were waiting for service. We were offered a loaner car, however, we declined because we were told if we took advantage of the loaner that our service may not happen the day of our appointment because the customers who opted to wait are served first. That is understandable so we opted to wait and our vehicle was ready in the time (2.5 hours) that was estimated. As always the waiting area was well stocked, comfortable and clean and everyone was friendly. Thank you Price LeBlanc Lexus Service!♥️

I came to Price Leblanc Lexus on Friday, January 24, 2025 for the 40,000 mile service for my 2021 Lexus RX350. The service was fast and efficient. My wait time was only 36 minutes. The service advisor was kind and very knowledgeable.

Car was taken back to get oil change. No pressure to do recommend 90,000 mile maintenance. Was give prices and welcomed me to call if interested.

The employees are always welcoming and helpful. When I’ve asked a question they will find the answer if it’s not readily available.

Hannah was very efficient in helping me with my service. However I only have 75,000 miles on my 20 year old Lexus and don’t drive very much as I am 84 years old but I had to have a 100,000+ service and cost $2,000 when all I wanted was oil change, tires rotated, inspection and wash. I bring it in once a year and have no problems. Also forgot to give her my $30 off service coupon and extra key for battery change. It was $1,500+and two tire sensors for another $500. That’s a lot!

My experience today was very satisfying. I brought my suv in to be detailed. I was received yesterday just as promised. Everyone I encountered was very courteous and professional from the moment I arrived until I picked up my vehicle this morning. Upon seeing and entering my vehicle it was very obvious that care had been taken to great detail. I was impressed with the service.

I'd been on the waiting list for the GX 550 for a little of a year. I was contacted by Trey Marks initially inquiring about my interest in the vehicle. Trey instructed me he would call me once the dealership was accepting deposits on the vehicle, in which he did. He frequently checked up on me throughout the months and kept me posted on my status. Once my vehicle was allocated, he frequently kept me posted and made the buying process seamless upon arrival.

I had the VIN etching completed on my new GX. The service was quick and my salesman kept me posted on status of process as I waited.

I really wasn’t planning on buying that day but I found a go deal . it was very busy and I had to way a while. First I was told 20 minutes to get the vehicle financed. Well 20 minutes turned into hours. So I was getting aggravated . But the manager came over and apologized and made it right .

Our salesman Trey Marks was courteous, informative, & very knowledgeable. He was wonderful about keeping us updated and answering all of our questions without being patronizing. He was willing to spend as much time with us as we needed and was very patient with our questions.

Office service was very good. I’m sure the technicians did a great job also. One problem is that they turn off all our settings such as headlights from automatic to off. Automatic dimmer and automatic outside mirror fold are off. There should be a review with customer on these very important settings when car is turned over to him/ her.
