Awful Service.... I have a 2010 Lexus RX350 "I LOVE MY CAR" 133,000 miles. The air conditioner broke $2,700. When they replaced the air conditioner they did not punch a hole for the AC Water drain, and the water was dripping on the driver side of my car, I'm talking SOAKING WET. I didn't notice it because I drive with my shoes on. They broke my stereo and phone charger. The fix they said was PURCHASE a new one. When I press change disc it changes radio station. David Waters is very knowledgeable about the different trim levels of the RX. The entire team is courteous and professional. David even came in on his day off to deliver our vehicle.
Kim stepped in to facilitate the purchase of my new *amazing* GX when another sales consultant dropped the ball. She is a pure delight to work with. She kept me posted of the status of my place on the wait list at all times - even contacting me on her days and weekends off. She got me exactly what I wanted in my vehicle. Not to mention, she came in on her vacation time off the day I picked up my GX. This is the 2nd vehicle I’ve purchased from Price Leblanc and both have been fantastic experiences!

Don’t care if you’re a repeat customer for sure. Lied about stuff. They know u can’t get the gx550 anywhere else so they try lying about rates and about what they can give on trade. Bad experience
Process was very seamless. Only complaint is that they did not detail the vehicle prior to passing it off (crumbs, dust and drips/splashes on dash, screens and center console still present after they "detailed it"). It was 430p when I picked it up, so I just let it be.
My experience at Price Leblanc was wonderful! David Waters is kind, patient and and very knowledgeable. I will refer family and friends in the future.
I brought my car for service 2 times and both times I was very disappointed. The first time I was almost stranded on the highway because the tire sensor that was supposed to be repaired wasn’t and the tire was deflating rapidly while I was on the way home to Lafayette. The second time, before I could leave the parking lot, all of the sensor lights lit up on the dash board, which was the reason my car was towed to the shop. I have always had a wonderful experience at Price LeBlanc. I have owned 38 vehicles and this dealership has been the best. Always a classy experience and customer oriented.
Was very happy with David who was very knowledgeable in the cars and finance. He knew exactly what I was looking for, and found it. Brandon explained everything in detail and answered all my concerns on financing and warranty. As always, Lexus has superior employees.
The service is always quick and efficient. This time I had a little longer wait but not too bad. The only thing that has bothered me is the gas/oil/petroleum smell in my car. It has lingered several days.
They were very accommodating and helpful. Made sure I understood this process. Just being kind and patient is very important to me

Went in for my first paid service on my new TX, all went well. No upsells. I had thought originally I was doing an oil change at 15,000. Not time yet. Recd tire rotation, car alignment seemed a little premature for a car so new. I trust lexus, but I'm not going to be as vulnerable as I was with my gx and get all the fluff if I don't really have to have it. Got to watch the money in this crazy economy.
I have purchased numerous vehicles in my lifetime but Caleb Callahan has to be the most knowledgeable, caring and considerate salesman I have ever dealt with. Not only was he extremely helpful during the purchase process, but continues to assist two years later whenever I need information.

Kim kept in touch throughout the entire process and made purchasing our new vehicle painless. She also has kept in touch afterwards for vehicle accessories and to make sure that we are getting what we need from all the different departments. It has been a really good experience.
Had to upgrade our car since had two new additions to my family. Abby made the search for a car super easy and quick to find one that gave us plenty of space and in price range that we loved. I love my car! I finding the service to have been down graded. I was not happy with the wait time(I had an appointment). I was not happy with my service advisor. I didn't find her to be friendly at all. I was so perturb with my wait time, that I immediately thought my next car would be somewhere else. My experience with the tech that took my car was good.

Very professional just did not like the service writer suggesting recommended maintenance when I had that same service 2 or 3 service visits before, especially when I only requested oil change and wiper blades.
The Service Team makes everything so easy and enjoyable! They are friendly and do not keep you waiting unnecessarily. They give a finish time at the beginning and your car is done on time! Great environment and wonderful customer service!

It started off pretty bad when my new LEXUS was damaged after the sale when the car was wrecked coming out of the car . My salesman Trey was so apologetic and he provided me a loaner. He has been a complete GENTLEMAN throughout this process and he found the same car and brought it to me at PRICE’S. The ordeal was about 2 weeks.

While I really like Lexus vehicles, I would not recommend ANY of the seven Lexus dealerships from which I have purchased vehicles over the opast 20-years, including Price LeBlanc Lexus. For a luxury brand, the purchase experience is consistently underhanded and shady.
-- Certain "Factory Installed Options" are shoved down your throat. It is 100% disingenuous to label them as "options" when they are MANDATORY -- absolutely no way to "opt" out
